A house for the night.
Somaa is where the Bay of Bengal meets the bar — coastal-Andhra fire, North-Indian tandoor and global plates, served late, with live music in the room.
The house
We built Somaa for the long evening — the kind that starts with a sharp cocktail and ends with the band still playing and one more round of biryani. Unhurried, and a little loud.
The kitchen
Coastal fire, global plates.
Avakai-sharpened biryanis and Apollo fish from the coast, tandoor smoke from the north, wood-fired pizza and pasta for the table that wants to travel. Forty-seven dishes, a photo on every one, and a kitchen that runs till midnight.
After dark
The bar plays on.
Classic cocktails, old-monk pours and a live set every evening. The room gets warm, the music gets good, and nobody's in a hurry to leave. That's the Somaa night.
